1. Real-Time Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery address. We pull live rates directly from our carriers (USPS, UPS, and FedEx) to ensure you are paying exactly what it costs to get your meals to your door—no hidden fees or "guesswork" markups.
Pro-Tip for Shoppers: Because our meals are freeze-dried and ultra-lightweight, shipping multiple pouches often costs nearly the same as shipping just one. Bundling your meals is the most cost-effective way to shop.
2. Order Processing

Handling Time: We typically process and pack orders within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Days: We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on major holidays will be processed the following business day.

Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package as soon as your order leaves our facility.
3. Local Berkeley Pickup
For our neighbors in the East Bay, we offer Free Local Pickup.

Select the "Pickup" option at checkout.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready with specific instructions and the pickup location in Berkeley.
4. Packaging & Sustainability
Our meals are shelf-stable and require no refrigeration or "cold-chain" insulation. This allows us to use minimal, recyclable packaging, reducing both the environmental impact and the "dimensional weight" fees passed on to you.
5. Shipping Issues & Damages
While we take great care in packing your meals, sometimes the journey is rough.

Damaged Seals: If a pouch arrives with a compromised vacuum seal, please contact us within 7 days at

Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
